Diet support

Kosher meals shaped around provider-directed needs.

Our nutritionists can work with your preferences, kosher standards, and healthcare provider guidance to help determine whether Kosher Diet Delivery is a suitable fit.

Important note

Food support is not medical care.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, manage medication, or replace the advice of physicians, dietitians, speech-language pathologists, or other healthcare professionals. We can help make provider-directed kosher eating more practical when the requested needs are within our capabilities.

GLP-1 lifestyle support

GLP-1 medications can reduce appetite and change tolerance for meals. When appetite is lower, nutrition quality still matters. Fresh, portion-conscious kosher meals can help reduce the daily guesswork.

  • Protein-forward meals can help support nutrition quality during weight loss.
  • Fresh vegetables, fruit, and balanced sides help keep smaller portions meaningful.
  • Nutritionist-guided customization can reflect preferences, allergies, kosher requirements, and provider guidance.

Diabetes and insulin resistance

Clients with diabetes or insulin resistance should follow the guidance of their healthcare provider. Our nutritionists can discuss provider-directed dietary needs and help determine whether a structured kosher meal program is a suitable match.

The goal is practical support: planned meals, fewer last-minute food decisions, and customization around preferences and medical guidance.

PCOS

People with PCOS may be advised to use nutrition strategies that support steadier eating patterns and overall health. We can work with your preferences and provider guidance to see whether Kosher Diet Delivery can help make that routine easier.

Low FODMAP

The Low FODMAP diet is often used under professional guidance for digestive symptoms such as IBS. If your healthcare provider has recommended a Low FODMAP approach, our nutritionists can review your needs and discuss whether our program is a good fit.

IDDSI texture needs

IDDSI provides a shared language for food textures and drink thickness. For meals, Levels 4 through 7 describe food textures ranging from pureed through regular or easy-to-chew foods.

If a physician, speech-language pathologist, dietitian, or care team has recommended a specific IDDSI food level, we can review those instructions and determine whether the requested texture is within our capabilities. Written clinical guidance may be required before service begins.

Thyroid concerns

Diet does not replace medical treatment for thyroid disorders. If your provider has dietary recommendations, our nutritionists can discuss how those needs may fit with a fresh kosher meal program.

Fructose malabsorption

Fructose malabsorption can require careful food selection under provider guidance. Our nutritionists can review your dietary needs and help determine whether Kosher Diet Delivery can accommodate the restrictions in a practical way.
